About
Athlete first. Coach second. Quitter never.

I run SK PT out of Frisco, Texas, and most of the people I coach are men between twenty five and thirty five: busy, working, often parents, and tired of feeling further from the shape they used to be in. The goal they bring me is almost always the same one. Lose body fat, move better, live better, look like someone who trains.
Bodybuilding is the method I use to get there, but I coach it like sport, because that is where I came from.
I got into fitness because of sports. I was always very athletic but wanted to improve my game. After a while I became really invested in the gym and finally knew what I was doing, and other people like friends and family started reaching out to me and asked me to help them as well. That got me motivated to get my personal training license to help many more people.
Built on purpose
Why I coach the way I coach
I treat training as stewardship. You were given one body, and looking after it well is a form of respect rather than punishment. That belief changes the tone of every session I run: we are not in the gym to pay for the weekend, we are there to build something worth keeping. It also means I take your time seriously. If a plan does not fit the life you actually have, it is a bad plan, and rebuilding it is my job, not yours.
The other half is simpler. I refuse to give up on my clients even when they refuse to push through. People do not fail because a program was too hard. They fail because they felt like they were failing alone. So I stay loud, friendly and persistent, and I keep coming back until the habit sticks.
If that sounds like the corner you have been missing, look at how the coaching works or get in touch.
